Unfortunately, there are still thousands of unmet dollars in our matching gift opportunity, and we're still short of meeting our budget goals.
Donations fell dramatically over the holiday weekend. While not entirely unexpected, it just puts us that much further behind in our year-end fundraising efforts.
My friends, we can't afford to start 2022 so far behind, but we've only got 5 days left to make up lost ground.
And, yes, you can still claim a tax deduction for charitable gifts in 2021 ($300 for individuals and $600 for married couples) even if you don't itemize.
