With your help, we’ve made it through 2021 and even won some huge victories!

 

Victories like:

* Winning THREE critical victories for religious liberty at the U.S. Supreme
Court—all challenging California Governor Gavin Newsom’s authoritarian actions


* Forcing the Montgomery County, Maryland Public Schools to offer its
employees a religious exemption from the school system’s vaccine mandate


* Defending journalist Andy Ngo’s from frivolous speech-suppressing lawsuits
filed by two Antifa members. 


* Forcing PayPal to give James Staake and his “Your American Flag Store” tens
of thousands of dollars that it “froze” after several Big Tech platforms
targeted his patriotic small business.
But we have some of our biggest battles in front of us.

 

In 2022, we’re set to take on Rose City Antifa in court for its brutal
assaults on citizen-journalist Andy Ngo. As you may know, we’re the only group
demanding that Antifa and its members face justice for their violent acts.

 

In January, we have an oral argument scheduled before an en banc Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals in ourBrach v. Newsom case—to ensure that no governor can ever
shut down private schools again by executive fiat.

 

Also, we’re optimistic that our case against Twitter, U.S Senator Alex
Padilla, and other California state officials—for illegally censoring a
conservative pundit—will make major progress in the new year.

 

…which is why reaching our year-end fundraising goal before the clocks strikes
