As millions of Americans head to the polls today in elections that'll shape our democracy for the next decade, let's make sure we've done everything we can to win these key state legislative elections.

We've made significant investments in winning key races today in Virginia and Texas, but we need your support in the final hours to get over the finish line:

(1) Remind your friends to vote today in the state legislative elections in Virginia and New Jersey. These are critical off-year elections where we have the chance to retake key chambers in Virginia for the first time in two decades. We're also investing to pick up one more seat in the Texas State House with the special election for HD-28 in Houston's southwest suburbs.

(2) Spread the word about the importance of state legislatures by sharing this graphic on Twitter ([link removed]) and Facebook ([link removed]). States have tremendous power to dictate the terms of our democracy--overseeing elections and deciding who can vote, when people can vote, and where people can vote. Most of all, state legislatures will redraw all our electoral maps for the next decade after the 2020 census in the subsequent redistricting process.

(3) Donate to expand our programs on the ground before it's too late ([link removed]). We're still being outraised and outspent by Republicans across the country in critical parts of the country. To close the resource gap and level the playing field for Democrats, chip in to help us grow our strategic programs in key state legislative races across the country leading up to 2020.

Let's leave nothing on the table today in the fight to reclaim our democracy. Too much is at stake to sit this out.
