We're looking for 2 creative, target-driven, commercial marketing leads who have experience in digital marketing and are a specialist in delivering customer acquisition campaigns and activity to support membership/visitor retention. Ideally you will have a background of working within the fitness/leisure/heritage/library industry or have worked as part of a customer-focused marketing team in a sales-driven environment. You will have hands-on experience planning, executing and evaluating integrated multi-channel campaigns.

You will work collaboratively with key colleagues across the business, the marketing team and external agencies to deliver always-on marketing activity to drive performance against the business plan objectives. You will work on overarching digital transformation projects to improve customer experience, drive efficiencies and increase revenue, such as the on-going development of evaluation tools and rebrand projects.

JOB PURPOSE:
Community Care Officers are required to complete Care Act assessments; face to face or telephone assessments, depending on the level of risk and the needs of the citizen being assessed, with consideration of mental capacity throughout. They work with supportive colleagues, citizens, carers, statutory and community partners to provide appropriate support that will enable independence, choice and control, promoting early intervention and local community led support services to enhance well-being and respond to local community needs.

The CCO role is interesting and varied, and deals with risk management on a daily basis. An awareness of safeguarding and how to identify people at risk, flexibility, resilience and ability to prioritise and adapt to changing situations is essential. In return the successful candidate will be supported by qualified experienced Senior Practitioners, who will support CCOs to develop their Social Care career.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. Experience working with adults in a social care/health/voluntary sector setting;
  2. The ability to undertake adult-focused assessments of need within a person centred approach;
  3. To have experience of creating and implementing, individually tailored care plans that demonstrate flexibility and innovative use of resources;
  4. To have knowledge of direct payments/personal/individual budgets.

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced individual to join our busy Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.? This is a permanent position and the work undertaken will predominantly be Housing Litigation, rather than mainstream Litigation. ?

The role within the team is extremely varied and includes providing legal advice and assistance to the Council in respect of all housing, homelessness and anti-social behaviour matters. This includes dealing with injunctions, possession cases and other ASB work, including tenancy fraud. You will also have the opportunity to engage in more strategic and problem-solving project work. ?

The successful candidate will work within an experienced team of Solicitors that are experts in their field and will gain experience of a wide range of matters. There is also scope to learn aspects of Education law.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills along with the ability to undertake advocacy.? You must be able to manage a caseload with minimum supervision.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
? Admitted Solicitor, or Barrister having completed a pupillage and called to the Bar for not less than 2 years.
