Team,
As the world warms up, we continue to see warning signs that more unusual and severe weather is on its way, and devastating storms like the one we saw in Kentucky earlier this month will become more frequent.
We are in a climate crisis, and each year it becomes clearer what we are up against. Wildfires in California, heatwaves in the Pacific Northwest, unprecedented floods in New York, and now tornadoes in December across the American heartland.
This is an existential threat that affects all of us, no matter who you vote for, or where you live. Climate change affects everyone, and we must help each other out.
Today, we are not asking you to contribute to defending our majority, we are asking you to help our fellow Americans affected by this month’s devastating tornadoes, and demonstrate that when it comes to climate change, we are in this together.
If you are in a position to do so, here is a link to the Red Cross and their efforts to help those affected by severe weather this holiday season.
Thank you for all you do,
