As we settle down to spend time with our families and loved ones for the
holidays, I find myself reflecting on 2021 and looking ahead to 2022. And,
I can’t help but be overcome with gratitude for each and every person who

I truly believe that good leaders listen to the people around them, that
is why I’m proud to say we are not swayed by special interests like
