As we show gratitude this holiday season, it's important to give back when we can. Both MANNA and Philabundance are tackling food insecurity year-round to make sure no one goes to sleep hungry. And Rebuilding Together Philadelphia is revitalizing and rebuilding communities around the block so people can live safer, healthier, and happier lives.

You can also give back to the people who lost their homes in the at least 50 tornadoes in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee earlier this month. There are countless vetted organizations that are on the ground lifting up people who need a helping hand.

We've got a lot of work ahead of us in 2022 — including crushing this virus, tackling racial, climate, and economic injustices, and rebuilding our nation back better. But that's all the more reason to rest and reflect this holiday season. I'm grateful to have you by my side as we start the new year together.
