budget for the next 12 months.

When I sit down to budget out the next 12 months, I look
at how many opponents we already have, how much money they can
probably spend against us (in this race, it's a lot), and how
many ad buys, field organizers, and phone banks we'll need to
fund in order to fight back.
We've set an aggressive goal for our One Year Out Fund because
we need to build up our resources NOW so that I know what the
next 12 months will look like on the finance side.
