1st Meeting of CoGro
January 11th @ 7:30 pm on Zoom
The Coalition of Grassroots Organizations (CoGro) is a new project by our own Vice-Chair Robin Gurin and the Morris County Democratic Committee. This will be a platform for Grassroots Organizations to come together, collaborate, and grow all while maintaining complete organizational autonomy!

January will also be full of trainings and workshops as part of what we're affectionately calling MCDC University. In the spirit of progressive reform, MCDC U is totally tuition free! See a sample of the course catalogue below:

NEW CAUCUSES!
In addition to building out already existing caucuses, we've found founding members for new Caucuses coming soon, to advocate for the diverse groups across Morris County!
These New Caucuses Include:
- Disabilities Caucus
- Seniors Caucus
- Interfaith Caucus
- Veterans Caucus
- Black Caucus
- Latino Caucus
We're also still looking for founding members of an AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Caucus. If any of these are of interest to you, please do reach out to us to get involved on the ground floor!
WORKING GROUPS
Many hands make light work. That's why we are strengthening and deepening the organization around MCDC. We're putting together committees and working groups to work on voter outreach, messaging, environmental issues, and much more.
MCDC Philanthropy
We're building a list of charitable organizations to start getting involved with to show Morris County the positive impact Democrats can have throughout the community. If you know of any group or organization that should be on our radar, reach out and let us know by replying to this email.
