Friend -- I want you to think about what was going on this time last year.

Donald Trump was still president. Control of the Senate was still up for grabs. Very few people had gotten the COVID vaccine.

We've come a long way since then, thanks to President Biden and our Senate majority. We got shots into arms, checks into pockets, and passed the biggest investment in our nation's infrastructure in years.

But the past year was also incredibly challenging. We witnessed an insurrection on our Capitol. Republicans launched unprecedented attacks on voting rights and reproductive rights. And while the top 1% is doing fine, too many families are still suffering through this pandemic. So we still have a lot to do, starting with passing Build Back Better. We MUST get this done.

The fact of the matter is our Senate majority is as narrow as it gets. If we lose even one vote in the Senate, our entire agenda can get derailed. So to keep making progress, we need to EXPAND our majority in 2022.
