Authentic Voices of Pride: Justice Reform


LGBTQ people face an incarceration rate that is roughly three times higher than the general incarceration rate, and Black transgender women were incarcerated approximately at a rate ten times that of the general population.

We follow Dominique Morgan, the Executive Director of Black & Pink National. She knows these issues on a personal level – and that’s why she’s fighting for her community. Senior Attorney at Lambda Legal Richard Saenz joins the conversation to discuss how LGBTQ people living with HIV are impacted by the justice system.
