John - It’s official: I have formally filed for re-election in 2022. I haven’t been in Washington, D.C. long, but during my short time there I’ve realized that we need more people in Congress who will speak their minds, tell the truth, and who understand the true purpose of fighting, which is to persuade others to join our cause. That’s what I’ve delivered in Congress. I am in the top 10% of the most effective Republican lawmakers in Congress. And during Joe Biden’s awful first year in office, I’ve fought back against his most dangerous policies. I’ve fought back against his unconstitutional vaccine mandate, introducing legislation to stop this mandate in its tracks and outlaw things like “vaccine passports.” I’ve fought back against the left’s attacks on the energy industry, introducing legislation to overturn Biden’s ban on oil and gas drilling and exposing the truth about the Biden Administration’s radical environmental agenda that is raising your energy prices and destroying American energy independence. I’ve fought to rein in the Biden Border Crisis, calling for the impeachment of Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary and calling on the left to reimplement President Trump’s border security policies that finally got illegal immigration under control. And I am one of the fiercest, most vocal critics against Joe Biden’s socialist Build Back Better agenda, which is defeated for now but could be revived by Nancy Pelosi next year.
