But as we spend time with loved ones, it’s important to remember those hurting this season and do your part to help bring about change.
In 2021, we witnessed major spikes in gun violence, heightened by the Covid-19 pandemic. At Community Justice, we met these tragedies with action. Our team built a movement that made historic strides to advance life saving policy and secured funding to reduce violence in our communities. From city council hearings to the White House, together we secured billions of dollars to fund violence intervention efforts in Black and Brown communities for years to come.
So as you're making a list and checking it twice, we hope you’ll consider giving the gift of peace this holiday season by donating to support our efforts to end gun violence.
