Last night the Trump administration announced it would be filing paperwork
to officially withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Accord.
This is the exact opposite of what our country should be doing in response
to the Climate Crisis.

We need to elect leaders in Congress, like AOC, who will fight to pass the
Green New Deal and move away from fossil fuels, develop the technologies
of the future, and create prosperity for all of us — not just those on
top.

We helped launch the fight for the Green New Deal with Sunrise Movement
and AOC by sitting in at Nancy Pelosi’s office. Imagine what more we could
do with just a few more members in the Squad.

The Republican Party keeps moving further to the right, becoming more
cowardly by the day. We need to elect more leaders in the Democratic Party
who will stand up for the working people across our country instead of
enabling Republicans by taking money from Big Oil.
