Cities across America have seen a record number of murders this year (SEE MAP
BELOW)— a tragedy. The rhetoric pushed by the left of “Defund the Police” and
other more offensive epithets has taken a toll on our men and women in law
enforcement.

 

America has seen an exodus of law enforcement members leaving, and who can
blame them when democrats spent the last year and a half demonizing police
officers across the nation? What is the result of this? Murder rates in cities
across the nation have skyrocketed and are hitting all-time highs. 

 

I won’t sit by and watch our heroes in blue get disparaged by the Left while
Americans live in fear because their neighborhoods are more dangerous.

Instead of taking the Democrats' tactic of shaming and blaming the police for
all of society's problems, I am takingREAL ACTION — I introduced legislation in
the Senate to hire 100,000 new police officers across the country. We must send
the left a message — everyday Americans wantSAFER NEIGHBORHOODS, and hiring
more police is the best way to do that!
