I'm concerned, friend. Marco Rubio's campaign has already unleashed attack ads to defeat me, and they are a total distortion of who I am and what I stand for. 

Unfortunately, Republican ads have a habit of resonating with the same voters I need to win. And if I don't have the resources to reach Floridians, it could destroy my chances of defeating Marco Rubio and defending our Senate majority.

Friend, CNN is calling Florida's Senate seat among the most likely to flip. The Cook Political Report even increased my chances of winning. But Florida Senate races are won on the margins (just 10,033 votes in 2018) – so without the resources to counter Republican attack ads like this, all the grassroots momentum I'm building could disappear in the blink of an eye.
