We wrote you yesterday about Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' plan “to reestablish a World War II-era civilian military force that he, not the Pentagon, would control,” according to CNN. DeSantis refuses to specify what he will order the force to do aside from “emergency response,” threatening that it will be able to “mobilize very, very quickly.”

Remember, folks, DeSantis recently called for a dedicated police force to “investigate election crimes and fraud,” according to the Associated Press. In reality, this force would disqualify thousands of valid votes from Democratic women over the age of 60 who rely on ballot drop-boxes. That's because Democratic women over 60 are voting in larger numbers than any other demographic in Florida, and now they're rallying behind Val Demings' campaign for Senate.
