John,

Right now, the Supreme Court looks primed to deliver a huge blow to
abortion rights in America by significantly undermining Roe v. Wade and
potentially overturning it completely.

Republicans in numerous states are effectively trying to ban abortion
after 6 weeks of pregnancy, even in cases of rape and incest. Many people
don’t even realize they’re pregnant at that stage, and if the Supreme
Court upholds these laws, the attacks will just keep on coming.

There is no exaggeration when we say that the GOP is coming after Roe v.
Wade like never before and they are closer than they have ever been to
succeeding.

And the damage the Supreme Court’s 6-3 radical right-wing majority will
cause with even more time cannot be underestimated.

That’s why Congress must pursue multiple solutions to unrig the Supreme
Court, including:

-Enforcing ethics standards

-Requiring financial disclosures

-Expanding the Court

-Rotating justices

If Democrats sit on their hands and do nothing, the Court might never be
accountable to the American people again.

[ [link removed] ]Will you stand with DFA and me as we call on Congress to reform and
expand the Court before it’s too late??

Reform the court: [link removed]

Are we really going to sit back and watch the Supreme Court end access to
abortion care? Democrats are not powerless here. And these reforms aren’t
even radical.

In fact, Congress has changed the size of the Supreme Court seven times
before.

For the sake of our democracy and abortion rights, they must pursue it for
the eighth time.

Make no mistake about it, Republicans have shown that they are willing to
abuse power by using the judicial branch to move their legislative agenda
forward.

Democrats must act as a check on this power and restore the legitimacy of
the Supreme Court by pushing for a set of reforms well within the purview
of the Constitution.

[ [link removed] ]Stand with DFA and me as we call on Congress to reform and expand the
Court, and to ensure the Supreme Court is truly a nonpartisan institution.

Thank you for taking action.
