Dear friends, On Monday, we publicly announced our legal action against Brookdale Senior Living, for wrongfully discriminating against a Christian employee who was denied a religious vaccine exemption - while an employee of another faith received one! This is such an open-and-shut case that I’m shocked the company hasn’t settled the case and ceased infringing on our friend Daniel’s religious freedom. Instead, they’ve doubled down, as you can see from the legal charge we sent to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. We are prepared to proceed with future legal action on behalf of our client, if required. In this case and in many more behind the scenes, True North Legal is delivering on our promise to protect the religious freedom of Minnesotans.
