He is a Case Manager for Shelter & Outreach

Don connected with Liam, a veteran who was sleeping unsheltered in a tent. Upon finding out he had served in our military, Don urged him to connect with veteran services.

After building his trust through several touchpoints, Liam accepted Don’s request and found a suitable housing arrangement through the VA. Liam is getting the help he needs and is in a safe and more secure environment.
