Hey John —

I was just sitting down at the kitchen table and going over my list of errands for this weekend and I found myself getting a bit contemplative.

What came to mind was how lucky I am to have such wonderful supporters like you who receive these emails, and all you have done to help me during the course of the year. And I couldn’t let the moment pass without letting you know I was thinking of you.

We’ve done so much this year. It’s amazing to think we began 2021 sprinting through the final stretch of the Georgia Senate races, followed by the most devastating day our nation has endured in recent memory on January 6, then another impeachment. But as the year went on, there has been light.

That light brings us to today, where the “to do” list seems to be getting longer and longer. But all happy chores. I’m looking forward to see all of my family and spending time with friends. I hope you are too.
