John,
With just 70 days left until the TX-28 Democratic Primary, our campaign has received huge amounts of support to send Jessica Cisneros to Congress. We wouldn’t have gotten this far without our grassroots supporters like you.
We know Jessica’s life experiences would make her a critical voice for working Americans in Congress. Over the years, we’ve seen politicians put corporations and special interests over the constituents who voted them in office.
Henry Cuellar has been in office for over 16 years. While he’s serving the interests of the NRA, Big Oil, the Koch Network, private prisons, and big corporations, Jessica is in our community and talking to everyday people and advocating for them. That’s exactly what makes our people-powered movement strong.
We’re closing out the year and need to hear from you. Will you take our brief end-of-year priorities survey? Election day is right around the corner, so it’s vital that we hear from you to figure out our next steps.

We currently have a representative right now who claims to be a Democrat but consistently votes with Republicans against what’s best for South Texans.
Henry Cuellar voted against the Woman’s Health and Protection Act, a bill that would codify Roe v. Wade and protect abortion rights. He’s repeatedly voted against reform that would make health care more accessible and affordable. And he voted against the PRO Act, a bill that would expand workers’ rights and secure critical labor protections for workers — not once, but twice.
Cuellar simply can’t be trusted to fight for his constituents. As long as he stays in office, South Texans will continue to pay the price. We need to be proactive. Now isn’t the time to be idle. That means listening to everyday people like you and hearing what their priorities are.
So please, will you take our end-of-year priorities survey today? It’ll only take a minute to respond.

Thanks for taking the time. Together, we can bring bold, transformative change
to South Texas.
