I wanted to give you a quick update on our massive lawsuit against Twitter and U.S. Senator Alex Padilla who colluded to censor conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley for calling for election integrity.

We had a critical hearing last week on a motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought by Twitter and Padilla’s legal teams.

The hearing went very well, and we are optimistic about this case moving forward.

In my opinion, this may very well be the most important lawsuit in America.

If the government and one of the most prolific speech platforms can collude to censor conservative voices – or anyone who has the audacity to question the government approved narrative – then the freedom of speech is dead.

Which is why I hope you take just a few seconds to watch this short clip of Rogan O’Handley explaining why he was TARGETED by Big Tech.

Rogan has stood strong in the face of this unprecedented censorship and is bravely fighting to preserve our liberties.

We’re proud to stand alongside him and we look forward to continuing this vital lawsuit against Twitter and Sen. Padilla.
