What we are trying to do is ban the weapons that are used by mass shooters time and again. Weapons that are meant for mass destruction. The AR-15 is designed for mass destruction – to kill as many people as possible, and that’s exactly why we won’t give up fighting until this rifle is banned from our streets.
Weapons of war are being used to kill Americans. Full stop. If we are meant to “stay vigilant,” then we need to look out for our fellow humans and ban deadly AR-15’s from our streets.
