Joe Manchin got the fossil fuel subsidies he wanted in the bipartisan infrastructure bill, and he’s been stringing us along for months trying to cut down our visionary Build Back Better agenda. Now we’re demanding a vote on the Build Back Better Act so we can deliver for the American people.
