John — I have an update for you on my litigation against President Trump and his January 6th enablers.

As many of you know, back in June I personally filed suit against Trump, Mo Brooks, and others for their involvement in the January 6th insurrection. Now, team, we finally have a date for oral arguments. Accountability is around the corner.

I’m looking forward to making the case for holding Trump accountable in January.

Can you chip in anything right now to bring truth back to democracy?

It’s critical that we get to the bottom of this, John. We are at a turning point for our country: We can either hold these insurrectionists accountable, or we risk sending the message that there are no consequences for attacking our democracy.
