John — Pennsylvania Republicans are still doing everything in their power to disenfranchise anyone who doesn’t vote for them. Let’s review how we got here:

FIRST: Joe Biden carried the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2020. He worked hard for every single vote and he won – fair and square — by just one point. 

THEN: Donald Trump – unable to accept defeat – sent Rudy Giuliani to Pennsylvania and he SUED us to try and overturn the election results. As Attorney General, I defended Pennsylvania in court – and made sure every legal vote was counted.

BUT NOW: Republicans have launched a ridiculous, sham “audit” of our elections. They want to use taxpayer dollars to seize the private, personal information of nine million Pennsylvania voters, all in an attempt to delegitimize the 2020 election results, undermine our democracy, and give Republicans the chance to rewrite the rules in their favor — but I’ve gone to court to stop them. 

Pennsylvania Republicans just won’t stop attacking our democracy. And we know they’ll try to smear me to get an upper hand.
