Hello,

This week's edition will discuss examining your actions, populist movements in the west, and how to easily overcome social anxiety.

** Examine Your Actions
------------------------------------------------------------
When you make an error or deviate from what you know you should do, it produces a state of internal chaos, worry, and concern. You're thrust into the unknown. Your goal now is to notice this behaviour, figure out why you're acting that way, and understand it so that you can part with it.

What are you afraid of? What are you avoiding? What are you failing to develop?

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson:

"The law has to reflect the spirit of the people it serves. Otherwise, it would just be an imposition from (the) outside."

How to Easily Overcome Social Anxiety | Jordan B. Peterson

Dr. Peterson:

"What happens when you're socially anxious? [Let's say] you go to a party - your heart's beating. The party is a monster. Why? Because it's judging you, and it's putting you low down the dominance hierarchy because that's what a negative judgement is. And that interferes with your sexual success, which means that you're being harshly evaluated by nature itself, right?

You're confronting the dragon of chaos when you go into the social situation. You hunch over and [that's a portrayal] of low dominance. What's happening internally [in that non-threatening position] is you're worried about what people are thinking about you- it's all self-focussed. What you do with socially anxious people is say, "look at other people."
