Friend,

There's been a lot of news over the last 24 hours about the future of the Build Back Better plan, and I know so many are disappointed by the latest delay. I wanted to take a moment to let you know directly where things stand.

Mark my words: We are not giving up on Build Back Better. There is too much at stake for working families. There are too many people counting on us to take action on climate, lower the cost of prescription drugs, and lift children out of poverty by extending the Child Tax Credit.

We are not going to stop trying to find a way forward. We are going to vote on Build Back Better in January so that every senator can make their position known. And we won't back down until we get something done.

But it's not going to be easy. Today, I'm asking you to make your voice heard. If you believe that we MUST still pass Build Back Better, please sign your name here >>

Voters sent us to the Senate to address the problems that American families face every single day. And our Democratic majority was elected to enact the big policies we need right now to end the pandemic, fight climate change, and give every child a chance at a better future.

We've made incredible progress this year, even with the slimmest of majorities. We passed the American Rescue Plan and the biggest investment in infrastructure in years.

But our work is far from over, and I refuse to back down. If you're with me -- if you agree we must keep pushing forward on Build Back Better -- please add your name.

Thanks for being a part of this fight,

Chuck
