Abortion providers in Texas are battling against SB-8, the near-total ban on abortions in Texas, but the Court just kicked the case back down to the Appeals Court, which experts say doesn’t bode well for abortion providers.
With an ultra-conservative Supreme Court majority, it is all the more important that we work to elect Democrats in Texas on the local level who will fight to defend reproductive health care.
Not to mention, we’ve got to get Greg Abbott and other Texas Republicans out of office so we can elect reproductive health care champions.
