John,
The Constitution is under attack. A federal appeals court just sided with President Biden’s lawless overreach.
We JUST filed an EMERGENCY stay with the Supreme Court to fight back.
We’ve warned you that the radical Left has been trying to weaponize COVID-19 to push their extreme agenda. Last year, churches were their first target.
We filed a major lawsuit and filed briefs in cases nationwide, winning a major victory at the Supreme Court to stop the shutdown of churches.
Now the Biden Administration’s new mandate is forcing private employers with 100 or more workers to make medical decisions for their employees by requiring them to get a vaccine.
This is yet another draconian abuse of power in a pandemic. NO MORE.
Late Saturday night, the ACLJ filed an emergency stay and petition for cert at the U.S. Supreme Court to defeat this unconstitutional mandate.
At the ACLJ, we were built for this fight. For decades we’ve been defeating unconstitutional overreach and egregious power grabs – from the abortion-pill mandate to the IRS targeting and the ban on singing in church.
We can win. We can defend the Constitution. But we face a major challenge. This is our most critical time of the year, with so much on the line. As we’re battling the Biden Administration’s unlimited (taxpayer-funded) resources directly at the Supreme Court, have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge. Our deadline is looming and we’re short of our goal.
