Washington Post:
"See you in court: Why this round of redistricting isn't close to over"

They're absolutely right, team -- not only have HALF of the states not adopted their maps yet, but recent legal developments mean that even those that have may end up "resetting:"

➞ Voters have filed lawsuits to undo gerrymandered maps in Alabama, Texas, Ohio, and North Carolina.

➞The North Carolina Supreme Court issued a preliminary injunction that paves the way for the manipulated congressional map to be struck down.

➞And the U.S. Department of Justice sued Texas over its gerrymandered maps!

All this spells out massive momentum for the fair-maps movement. But we need your help to keep it going. Will you rush a donation right away?

Supporting voters in lawsuits is one of the NDRC's tactics toward securing fair maps, in addition to organizing on the ground, helping citizens testify before legislative committees, holding Republicans accountable, and so much more. But let's be real: All of that takes resources, and we know that fundraising can slow down during the holiday season.

So we're coming to our top supporters. Momentum is on our side -- will you help us seize this opportunity?
