Improving demographic fields

We updated Self-Reported Demographic Fields to remove redundant and outdated values for:

-Race
-Sexual Orientation
-Ethnicity
-Preferred Language
-Gender

No data has been removed from your committee. Affected values were updated automatically or given the value Not Listed.


Listen in on Call Time

Call Time Connect is a powerful add-on service that let you make calls directly from your Call List in NGP. This browser-based calling tool makes it easier to create group calls and eliminates the need for time-consuming workarounds like speakerphones and three-way calls.

Make Call Time less painful with our free mobile app

Call Time Mobile gives you the power to make more calls, more quickly, all from the palm of your hand. No paper sheets or post-call data entry—just make your call, log the information, and on to the next ask.

It’s been so successful that we’ve decided to roll it out to everyone. Just tell your callers to download it from their favorite app store and log in with their ActionID to get started.

Are your Online Action forms working for you?

You can see which of your Online Actions forms are performing best by adding columns to your reports that will help you track donor responses and fundraising effectiveness.

Add columns like Source Code Path or Bank Account to your Online Activity and Online Custom Questions reports to learn how donors are finding you and interacting with your forms.

Or, add Form Submission IDs and Hidden Metadata Fields to your Contribution reports to see which forms are bringing in the most revenue.
