Tucker Carlson had a (completely deranged) guest on his Fox News show who had this to say about our military:

“We don't need a military that's woman-friendly, we don’t need a military that's gay friendly... We need a military that’s flat out hostile. We need a military full of type-A men who want to sit on a throne of Chinese skulls, but we don't have that now. We can't get women off of naval vessels, that should be step one but most are pregnant anyway."

Now, there’s a lot happening in that quote, so let us break it down for you:

1. “We need a military that’s flat out hostile” - No we don’t. We need a military that is effective, and for the most part that means avoiding hostility unless other avenues have been exhausted first.


2. “We need men who want to sit on a throne of Chinese skulls” - We’re not even going to try and explain this one. Is this guy ok??


3. Most women on naval vessels are pregnant - That is not true AND pregnant women serve this country in uniform all the time in every single branch. Their bravery should be celebrated, not bashed.

This isn’t the first time Tucker has attacked women and pregnant servicemembers on his show and it won’t be the last. But you can count on us to call him out every single time he does.
