In these critical times, professional athletes are increasingly taking a stand for the freedom to choose what goes into their bodies. Concern is escalating among them as they witness their vaccinated team mates suffer serious side effects. 

Former Carolina Panthers Offensive Tackle, Russell Okung, voiced his support of “medical freedom” on his hand-painted, game-day cleats, along with the Children’s Health Defense logo. Okung dedicated his own (size 17!) cleats to Children’s Health Defense (CHD) as part of the NFL’s “My Cause My Cleats” campaign. This event gave NFL players the opportunity to wear their passion on their feet on game day, with custom-designed cleats trumpeting their favorite cause.

Okung chose to champion Children’s Health Defense because when he and his wife, Samar, researched childhood vaccines to make an informed choice for their own child, they were appalled at the lack of safety evidence and the blatant corruption in the vaccine industry. 

Okung has since been an avid supporter of CHD’s multifaceted efforts to shield children from toxic exposures, including the organization's current initiatives to protect kids from COVID mandates.
