I won’t BS you, John — we’re facing an all-out assault on science and data.

As a physician for more than two decades, it’s been my job to diagnose my patients’ problems and get to work to solve them. And I’ve always let science and data guide my decision making.

Yet in this critical moment, that’s not what we’re getting from our leaders. So often, when Washington sees a problem, they make it worse. They not only refuse to let facts guide how we govern, but actively undermine our trained scientists and doctors.

Pennsylvanians deserve a Senator who will help move us forward — someone determined to level the playing field for working families, lift up those who are struggling, and make our communities healthier — not to mention someone who will get us past this pandemic and ensure our country is better prepared for the next one.

I’m determined to do the hard work of cutting through the dysfunction in Washington, but I can’t do it alone.
