Justice for the earth and its people

This year, Earthjustice celebrated our 50th anniversary, and we’re reflecting on the landmark cases that helped shape our organization. As we grow and branch into new areas to pursue solutions to the climate crisis on an ever-greater scale, one thing will never change, and that’s our focus on harnessing the law to force the change we need. It’s just one chemical in a class of nerve-agent pesticides called organophosphates, which, like chlorpyrifos, are deeply harmful to children’s brain development and toxic to farmworkers. Join us in calling on the EPA to ban organophosphates.
