John,

Have you or some you know ever “shared” something on Twitter or Facebook?

Yes? Well, you better watch out, because Antifa might try to sue you.

As much as I wish I could tell you that this was a bad joke.... I can’t.

Because last week, a ridiculous lawsuit was filed again my friend Andy Ngo for
sharing video tweets on Twitter.

Rarely do I ever call lawsuits frivolous, but as I’ve explained to the press
over the past week, “This lawsuit is Antifa agitprop masquerading as a
copyright claim, disconnected from reality both in fact and in law.”

Here are two of the retweets that Andy is being sued for:

We urgently need your help to defend Andy from this ridiculous and frivolous
lawsuit. Would you consider chipping in a tax-deductible gift of $35 today as
we defend Andy?

As you probably know, Andy is the investigative journalist responsible for
exposing Antifa for the violent terrorist group that it is.

And in doing so, risked his life and subjected himself to being assaulted by
these radical leftists on multiple occasions.

I doubt that there is anyone in the world that Antifa hates more than Andy Ngo.

To this day, threatening messages and death threats are made against him
almost daily.

As you’re aware, we’re currently suing members of Portland’s Antifa cell, Rose
City Antifa, for its brutal assault on Andy in the summer of 2019 and again in
the spring of 2021.

We’re in the middle of an ongoing legal battle to bring Andy’s attackers to
justice for violently attacking him.

But even though we believe that Andy did nothing wrong here and that the
lawsuit filed against him is frivolous, we cannot ignore it.

And that’s why we need your help.

Because this lawsuit against Andy is bigger than Andy.

If the radical Left can suppress the freedom of the press for truth-telling
journalists like Andy, then they won’t stop with Andy.

And before you know it all that will be left of the press will be a woke echo
chamber for the radical Left.

It’s vital that you show your support today so that they know that no matter
how many fake lawsuits they bring against Andy, you and the Center for American
Liberty have his back.

You see, this is one of the sinister tactics of the radical Left.

They know that hiring lawyers is expensive and being sued is frustrating and
stressful.

So, the Left hopes that any lawsuit, even one that bears NO real standing
under the law, can silence voices they disagree with.

But you and I can work together to make sure that Andy is free to continue
exposing the radical leftist mob that hates America so much.

Which is why I'm asking you to stand with Andy and help us defeat this
ridiculous lawsuit with a tax-deductible donation of $35 or more today.

Friend, we are on the frontlines of the fight against Antifa, thanks to your
support.

But if we don’t have the resources to fend off ridiculous attacks like this
one, we’ll never be able to bring justice to Andy Ngo’s attackers and force
Antifa to PAY for their actions.

We’re on the verge of setting a major precedent in the fight against left-wing
domestic terrorism with Andy’s case against Rose City Antifa.

And with your help, we’ll shut down this pathetic attempt to intimidate and
harass Andy into submission.

Thank you so much for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Harmeet K. Dhillon
