Kemp is counting on the idea that Georgians won't know that they're slated to be removed from the rolls, won't contest the decision, and will go to the ballot box anyway -- meaning that their votes won't count.

It's a dirty trick that will disproportionately hurt people of color and those more likely to vote Democrat.
