Governor Doug Ducey highlighted this week Arizona's success in streamlining taxes and creating a pro-business environment. In a visit to 21st Century Healthcare in Tempe, the Governor shared with local business leaders Arizona's blueprint for citizens to keep more of their hard earned money.
Arizona's latest economic numbers are further proof of the state's successful model for business growth. Arizona has regained the total number of jobs lost in the beginning of the pandemic. The unemployment rate is now 4.7 percent – to find a lower rate, you'd have to reach back 13 years to March 2008.
