I’ll cut straight to it: For the first time ever, we fell short of our mid-month fundraising goal, and now we’re at risk of missing it again.

The latest polling from the highly-respected Des Moines Register shows that we can absolutely turn Iowa blue next November: Only 27% of Iowa voters want to reelect Chuck Grassley.

We can end Chuck Grassley’s 46-year career supporting himself and his donors in Washington. We can expand our Democratic majority in the Senate. And we can protect the future of our very democracy – but only if we hit this goal now.

We cannot afford to miss this goal and fall short again right now, but with less than 7 hours until our extended midnight deadline, we’re still over $1,205 short.

It’s hard to overstate how serious of a setback it would be if we miss this goal again. We could put our Democratic majority in the Senate at risk. So if I’m going to defeat Chuck Grassley and turn Iowa blue, I’m counting on grassroots donors like you to give now before midnight tonight:
