Here is the truth:

Tonight at midnight we close the books on our mid-month fundraising drive.

This one is important, because historically December is a tough month for fundraising. Especially in the second half of the month when people understandably tune out politics.

But that means we really need a strong first half of the month to hit our goals. Because while a lot of our supporters may be tuned out, those spending big to beat us are not. They see this as an opportunity.

So we still need about 5,000 donations TODAY to reach our goals. And there’s only one way that happens… together.

Please split a $10 contribution between my and Tina’s re-election campaigns before midnight. It all adds up when everyone is chipping in.
