Today, we released An E-Cigarette Market Update. This new report details the kid-friendly flavors that remain widely available throughout the U.S. – more than three months after a court-ordered deadline for the FDA to decide what e-cigarette products can stay on the market!

To assess the impact of the FDA’s actions to date on the availability of flavored e-cigarettes, we conducted a scan of five top online e-cigarette retailers and 43 brick-and-mortar stores in eight major cities.

The findings may surprise you.

It’s unacceptable that the FDA is dragging its feet – because we know flavored products have fueled the epidemic of youth e-cigarette use and nicotine addiction. Dangerous, highly-addictive products in kid-friendly flavors like Gummy Bear, Berry Crunch Cereal and Blueberry Lemonade have no place in our communities.

We’re going to keep pushing until the FDA eliminates all flavored e-cigarettes.
