[1]Cori Bush

John,

From the moment Cori stepped foot in Congress, Cori's been delivering for
St. Louis — and the news has taken notice of our movement’s incredible
work. So today, we want to tell you a story in headlines.

[ [link removed] ]After you're done reading, we hope you will chip in $5 or
anything you can to help re-elect Cori and support her work in Congress.

On Cori's third day in office, white supremacist insurrectionists stormed
the Capitol in a deadly attack. Cori got straight to work to hold those
who wanted to undermine our democracy accountable.

In the weeks and months after, Cori kept her focus on one thing:
delivering policies for St. Louis that meet the crises everyday people
face.

When Congress recessed without extending the eviction moratorium, Cori
stayed on the steps of the Capitol for five days to call for a federal
eviction moratorium. And after the Supreme Court struck it down, she
introduced a bill to ensure people would be housed during this pandemic.

It's clear: Cori is making real progress to transform our politics and
save lives. But the far-right is terrified of the movement we're building
and has made Cori a top target of their attacks.

We're so proud of everything Cori has accomplished in her first year in
office, and she has even more plans to demand the change our communities
urgently need. But we know that our work is far from over.

There is still so much more organizing and mobilizing we need to do to
make sure everyone has a roof over their heads, access to quality health
care when they need it, food to eat, and clean air to breathe.

Are you ready to lead with us for this future,
John? [ [link removed] ]Please chip in
$5 or more to power Cori's re-election, so we can continue
to take on big challenges in Congress and secure victories for St. Louis
and communities like it.

Together,

Team Cori
