This week marked nine years since the tragic school shooting at Sandy Hook. Unfortunately, we have made little progress on common-sense gun laws that keep our children safe.

This week, a line of bulletproof vests designed for kids to wear in school was released.

I think my friend Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action, said it best:
