Citizens for Schimpf

Friend,

When you run for governor, you end up going to A LOT of Christmas parties this time of the year!

Not only has it helped me get into the holiday spirit, but it's given me such a great chance to meet so many new Illinoisans—which is my favorite part about being on the campaign trail.

At all of these holiday events and parties, you can tell everyone is excited for 2022. Everyone knows how much is at stake but also the opportunity we have to retake important seats up and down the ballot, starting with Governor at the top of the ticket.

What I've been telling people is that we can win. We upset a Tier 1 Democrat before in 2016 for Illinois State Senate when we defeated the former Lt. Governor after being outspent by $300,000.

Just as we did then, we can do it again in 2022 if we continue the momentum we've been building throughout this year.

I have many more holiday parties on the calendar over the next week so I hope to see you out on the trail!

S/F,

Paul Schimpf
