In memory of Mike Fahner, an American farmer and Supreme Court champion
Mike Fahner, president and owner of Cedar Point Nursery, passed away last month, less than six months after the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in his favor in Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid.
Joshua Thompson fought with Mike from the very start in 2015 to this year’s victory at the High Court and offers a heartfelt tribute to this true American hero.

National Review: The University of Minnesota’s unlawful discrimination
In the 1980s there were over 100 men’s collegiate gymnastics teams at the NCAA Division I level. As of the start of the 2021–22 school year, only 13 remain. The reason that’s commonly cited is the need to comply with Title IX—the federal equal-opportunity-in-education statute.
Title IX prohibits schools that receive federal funds from denying students opportunities to compete in athletics on the basis of their sex. Nevertheless, as Caleb Trotter explains, that is exactly what many schools are doing.
