In Pennsylvania Republican legislators claimed a congressional map they favored was citizen submitted" -- but that citizen is a former GOP County Commissioner and the map would have kept Republican seats safe while making Democratic seats more competitive.

Arizona has an independent redistricting commission -- but a Republican Commissioner is proposing openly partisan changes to the state's congressional map that will give the GOP an edge for the next decade!
