Hello John,
Did you know that today, Pacific Justice Institute has more active cases than at any time in our history?

These cases are all centered around protecting people’s religious freedom, parental rights or civil liberties.

That is exactly the reason why we are litigating Christoff v. US Border Patrol.

A US Border Patrol officer is a biological male – married for 21 years and attracted to women – and is transitioning to “become a female.”  He was accommodated by being given a private area to change.  Later he began showing in the women’s locker room where about 10 female officers dress and shower.

He actually insists on using the women’s locker room and told them that he will shower with the curtain open. In fact, the supervisors will not even allow the women to use the private area originally offered the biological male. Consequently, one of these women is now having to dress in her car in the parking lot!

We are representing her to ensure she gets fair and equal treatment in the courts as she battles this direct infringement on her civil liberties. No woman should have to be violated on a daily basis as a condition for employment with the United States!

John, it is with cases like this, that I’m so grateful for faithful supporters like you. When you donate and support Pacific Justice Institute, you ensure that we can send qualified, determined, and passionate lawyers to represent people hurting all around the country, completely free of charge.
