Thanks to a Ted and Maureen English, all donations to Autism Speaks will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000. That means your donation will have TWICE the impact for people with autism, people like Nolan.
Nolan, age 3, was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, social communication disorder and mixed receptive-expressive language disorder. He experienced lack of coordination, lack of expected normal physiological development in childhood and delayed milestones in childhood.
Just 19 days after Nolan’s diagnosis, he began receiving critical early intervention services that have been shown to improve an autistic child’s lifelong outcomes. Today, Nolan continues to grow and thrive.
But not all children are as fortunate as Nolan. Many still do not receive a final diagnosis until much older for reasons like limited access to healthcare, lack of knowledge, cultural and socioeconomic factors. This delay means that children with ASD might not get the early help they need and can affect their future outcomes.
That’s why your support is so important. With the help of generous donors, like you, we can meet our match goal of $50,000 to continue our work to ensure the 1 in 44 children and 1 in 45 adults impacted by autism can live life to the fullest.
Please make your most generous gift today, while it can make DOUBLE THE IMPACT.
Match applies only to donations made through the online form. Does not apply to previous donations, donations made offline or donations made to other fundraising campaigns.
